This 1,700-square-foot home underwent a full interior transformation, reimagining both layout and livability. We opened the main living areas to create better flow between the kitchen, dining, and living spaces, incorporating a custom built-in buffet for added storage and functionality.

Every inch of the home was thoughtfully redesigned—from a complete kitchen and bathroom rebuild to new flooring, millwork, doors, and lighting throughout. A smooth stucco fireplace and intentional pops of color in the trim and casings add personality, tying together a cohesive, modern aesthetic that feels elevated yet lived-in.
